Our Mission:
Through a high-quality, low-priced exciting evening of international entertainment, “On Your Feet”seeks to give Austinites the opportunity to have fun, promote their local and / or global business, while crossing cultural divides and learning ways to help displaced persons within our community and around the world.
Austin is already well-known around the world for its music, let’s increase our reputation as also being the one of the most philanthropic cities too.
Event Goals:
Raise $40,000 (almost $30,000 more than last year) for the sustenance of Posada Esperanza’s emergency housing and women’s educational programs offered at Posada Esperanza and Casa Marianella’s recently opened community center.
Promote the event to Austin residents through a comprehensive promotion campaign by partnering with numerous non-profits and other professional organizations (including universities and colleges)and word of mouth advertising through social networking sites, TV, Radio and ads in local print media.
Attendance goal: 1500, 500 more than last year
